The Opportunity:
Join Your Data Playbook (YDP) as the Chief of Staff working directly alongside the CEO to drive both operational and growth-oriented initiatives. In this role, you'll be at the intersection of strategy and execution—overseeing high-impact projects, managing relationships with key stakeholders, and leading business development efforts. This is a pivotal role for someone excited to be a strategic partner to the CEO, balancing internal alignment and external growth opportunities to help YDP and its subsidiaries achieve its vision.

What You'll Do:
- Strategic Leadership: Lead high-impact projects, track progress across departments, and ensure alignment with the CEO’s priorities and strategic vision.
- Business Development: Research, validate, and identify growth opportunities, partnerships, and new revenue channels, including new business entities.
- Operational Efficiency: Analyze and optimize internal processes to improve efficiency, manage day-to-day operations, and proactively address potential risks.
- Relationship Management: Oversee contacts and networking opportunities aligned with business priorities, supporting fundraising and investor relations through material preparation and high-level communications to drive company growth.
- Communication:Â Manage and prioritize all communication channels, including email and social media, ensuring timely, accurate responses and acting as the primary contact for the CEO with internal and external stakeholders.
- People & Performance: Support hiring processes, guide staff and department heads, and implement KPIs to measure and improve team outcomes.
- Calendar & Time Management: Optimize the CEO's calendar by scheduling essential meetings, appointments, and travel. Continuously assess and prioritize tasks to align with strategic goals and ensure a balanced, efficient schedule.
- Confidentiality & Personal Assistance: Safeguard sensitive information, maintaining privacy and security at all times. Handle personal matters for the CEO, including appointments, family-related activities, and other confidential tasks as needed.Â
Must-Haves in a Candidate:
- Proven ability to manage time effectively, prioritize high-impact tasks, and make data-driven decisions to achieve results.
- 3+ years of experience in a strategic role (Chief of Staff, Project Manager, Business Development) in a high-growth environment, ideally in SaaS/Agency/Consulting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Project Management, or a related field.
- Proven track record in business development, partnerships, or revenue-generating initiatives.
- Strong project management skills, with experience using tools like Notion, Airtable, and Asana.
- Exceptional communication and relationship management skills.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving and proactive risk management.
- Tech-savvy, with proficiency in Google Suite, MS Office, and tools like Slack and QuickBooks.
Nice to Have in a Candidate:
- Familiarity with fundraising processes and investor relations.
- Experience with operations or project management in a startup or high-growth environment.
- Advanced skills in presentation creation (e.g., Canva, PowerPoint).
