We're looking for a proactive, relationship-driven seller who excels at managing pipelines, leading discovery calls, and closing deals. You should be technically curious, data-savvy, and adept at guiding prospects through analytics tools, even if they're not tech experts. Your persistence, goal-orientation, and motivation to help customers unlock their potential are key.

The Opportunity:

Join Your Data Playbook (YDP) as our Growth Account Executive and become a vital driver of revenue. You will manage the entire sales cycle across both inbound and outbound channels:

  • Inbound: Nurture and convert warm leads generated from our Store Audits.
  • Outbound: Take ownership of our developing outbound prospecting system. This includes executing campaigns to a curated list of over 4,000 digital product sellers, refining messaging, and scaling results.

In this role, you will empower sellers to leverage their data for growth by pinpointing their areas of focus. This high-impact position offers clear ownership, a fast-paced environment, and significant growth potential into sales leadership. As we scale, you could step into a team lead role, building and managing a team of 3–5 future hires.

What You'll Do:

  • Inbound Sales: Nurture and close warm leads from Store Audits through consultative discovery, comprehensive demos, and ROI-driven proposals.
  • Outbound Sales: Own and optimize our outbound campaigns, including email sequences, message testing, and cadence refinement to generate new opportunities.
  • Full Sales Cycle Management: Oversee the entire sales process, from initial outreach and discovery to demos, proposals, follow-ups, closing, and seamless handoff to customer onboarding.
  • ROI Demonstration: Utilize data to build compelling business cases and clearly demonstrate return on investment.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with Customer Success to ensure new customers are set up for optimal success.
  • Performance Optimization: Track key metrics and recommend improvements to enhance win rates and shorten sales cycles.
  • Product & Marketing Influence: Provide valuable prospect feedback to inform product development and marketing strategies. 

Must-Haves in a Candidate:

  •  Sales Experience & Results
    • 2–4 years of sales experience, preferably in SaaS or technical B2B.
    • Proven full-cycle sales experience with a consistent record of meeting or exceeding quotas.
    • Comfort and proficiency with outbound prospecting and cold outreach.
    • Strong demonstration and presentation skills.
  • Technical & Analytical Acumen
    • Robust technical aptitude—the ability to clearly explain technical tools, even without coding experience.
    • Confidence in using data to construct compelling narratives and illustrate ROI.
    • Experience leveraging data and analytics in business decision-making.
  • Communication and Collaboration
    • Exceptional communication skills: verbal, written, and interpersonal.
    • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and effectively represent the voice of the customer internally.

Nice to Have in a Candidate:

  • Familiarity with online marketplaces, e-commerce, and SMB seller metrics.
  • Experience selling analytics, data tools, or performance platforms.
  • Previous B2B SaaS experience, particularly in early-stage environments.
  • Experience with HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, or similar CRMs.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau.
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English.

  • Compensation: Base salary + uncapped commission (On-Target Earnings based on experience)
