The Opportunity:

Join Your Data Playbook (YDP) as an Account Executive and play a critical role in driving our growth. You’ll own the entire sales cycle—from sourcing new leads through outbound prospecting to closing high-value deals. You’ll be the first point of contact for many prospects, shaping their understanding of our product and its ROI. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment and wants to grow into sales leadership.

What You'll Do:

  • Own the full sales process: prospecting, cold outreach, discovery, demos, follow-ups, closing, onboarding handoff.
  • Develop and execute an outbound strategy—including personalized emails, and creative campaigns—to consistently generate new leads.
  • Take a consultative approach to understand prospect goals, pain points, and buying triggers.
  • Clearly explain how our tools work and why they matter—even to non-technical audiences.
  • Use data and results to demonstrate ROI and build strong business cases.
  • Build long-term relationships and help new customers succeed post-sale in collaboration with Customer Success.
  • Identify trends and feedback from prospects to influence product development and go-to-market strategy.
     

Must-Haves in a Candidate:

  •  Sales Experience & Results
    • 2–4 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in SaaS or a technical B2B environment.
    • Full-cycle sales experience and a consistent track record of hitting/exceeding quotas.
    • Experience with outbound prospecting and cold outreach
    • Strong demo and presentation skills
  • Technical & Analytical Aptitude
    • Strong technical aptitude—you don’t need to be a developer, but you can explain technical tools clearly.
    • Confidence using data to build a compelling story and demonstrate ROI.
    • Work experience with data and analytics explicitly used for strategic business decisions.
  • Communication and Collaboration
    • Excellent communication skills—verbal, written, and interpersonal.
    • Ability to effectively collaborate with internal teams to advocate for and represent the voice of the customer.

    • A proactive, self-directed attitude and ability to thrive in a startup environment.
    • Proactive problem-solving skills and adaptability to new technologies.
    • Attention to detail with a focus on quality.
    • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Nice to Have in a Candidate:

  •  Domain Experience
    • Familiarity with online marketplaces and e-commerce platforms and their metrics.
    • Deep understanding of Your Data Playbook Tools.
    • Experience selling analytics, data tools, or performance platforms.
    • Experience in customer-facing roles in a B2B SaaS company.
  • Tech Skills
    • Experience with HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, or similar CRM tools.
    • Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau.
  • Language Skills
    • Bilingual in Spanish and English.
