Marketing Specialist

You’re a creative marketer and storyteller who knows how to turn data and customer wins into compelling narratives. You understand content marketing, can write for multiple channels, and are comfortable testing, measuring, and iterating campaigns.

As a Marketing Specialist at YDP, you’ll help shape our voice and fuel our growth engine. You’ll create content that attracts, nurtures, and converts leads—ranging from emails and blog posts to case studies and social media campaigns. This is a flexible role, ideal for someone looking to contribute part-time or on an hourly basis in a high-growth SaaS environment.

What You'll Do:
- Own and run targeted marketing campaigns to attract, nurture, and convert leads.
- Translate customer wins and product features into compelling content and stories that drive awareness and interest.
- Create sales enablement content (one-pagers, decks, playbooks).
- Work cross-functionally to align marketing messaging with product strategy and the customer success team.
- Track and analyze content performance; adjust strategy based on results
- Contribute to building our voice and presence across key channels—especially email and social.
Must-Haves in a Candidate:
- Proven experience creating marketing content (emails, blog posts, social, case studies).
- Strong writing and storytelling skills.
- Understanding of SEO and content marketing best practices.
- Ability to analyze content performance and iterate.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects
Nice to Have in a Candidate:
- Experience in SaaS or data/analytics products.
- Familiarity with HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, or similar tools.
- Visual design or video editing skills.
- Advanced social media marketing experience.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English.
